  • Features: In the features category, the iPhone 7 (100 percent) was unbeatable. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S7 (94 percent) still earned an exceptional grade for its features.
  • Screen: The iPhone 7 (97 percent) received a superior grade for its screen size in contrast to the Galaxy S7 (76 percent).
  • Future Purchase: Consumers noted they were more likely to purchase a Galaxy S7 (98 percent) in the future over an iPhone 7 (94 percent).
  • Sound: The Galaxy S7 (88 percent) earned a better grade in the sound category than the iPhone 7 (77 percent).
  • Star Rating Score: The star rating score (a measurement that analyzes promoters versus detractors) for the Galaxy S7 (+68) exceeded the star rating score for the iPhone 7 (+57).
Clearly, the Galaxy S7 and iPhone 7 are top choices for smartphone shoppers. The Galaxy S7 has a slight lead in terms of star rating score. Conversely, the iPhone 7 received positive sentiment feedback, a sign that many consumers enjoy the smartphone.
